Red Jasper belongs to the family of chalcedony minerals. It’s an opaque counterpart of Quartz that has opaque transparency and a vitreous luster. As the name implies, Red Jasper comes with a deep red coloring that ranges from brownish-red and bright red. Historically, Red Jasper was considered a crystal of endurance and vibrancy, a promoter of justice, life and protection, and warriors’ amulet.
