Our much-loved Fall and Holiday teas are back! You can now snag the blends you’ve been daydreaming about since March, and while you’re at it, you can also try two near flavors that we hope will become part of your holiday traditions. Our staff isn’t shy about playing favorites when it comes to our holiday teas, but these two new teas might give fan favorites a run for their money. The Art of Tea tea’m worked together to create, craft, and taste new flavors. We fell in love with our two new flavors, and we think you will, too!
Pecan Pie
Before this season, there was one very important pie missing from Art of Tea’s lineup: Pecan Pie. We’re thrilled to add this new dessert blend to our collection. Like Pumpkin Pie and Apple Pie, Pecan Pie is caffeine-free, making it the perfect after-dinner drink. With notes of pecan, hazelnut, and caramel, this tea tastes like a slice of a Southern pecan pie. We used honeybush and rooibos to give our Pecan Pie blend a sweet, complex flavor without adding sugar. It’s all the joys of pecan pie without any of the guilt!
Sugarplum Marzipan
One aspect of the holiday season that we’d never incorporated into teas before is The Nutcracker. This classic seasonal ballet captures everything we all love about the holidays: family, friends, and amazing flavors. We felt inspired by the ballet’s most famous character, the Sugarplum Fairy, and the dance with some of the most melodic music, Marzipan. Combining these two whimsical elements, we created our Sugarplum Marzipan with sweet almond notes and a round plum finish. Organic black and pu-erh teas form the base of this blend, giving it a delightful body and complexity.
