A cookery school experience is one of the best ways to discover Ireland’s food heritage, and it’s especially nice when there’s tea, too. As we all anticipate the day we can once again travel to new places and partake in new experiences, here is an inside look at two cookery schools—a new one in Northern Ireland and a decades-old, award-winning institution in County Cork—that offer an immersive, intimate taste of their island. And until we can safely venture to these venues, discover recipes from each cookery school to attempt at home.
