We’re living in uncertain times right now as novel Coronavirus or COVID-19 spreads rapidly throughout our country and our world and many of us are facing weeks of self-isolation. I myself have re-located from NYC to my parents home on Long Island as the city prepares for a possible shelter in place. I’m following self-quarantining rules as we all should be, though I will need to replenish prescriptions and groceries soon.
Last Sunday I went to the grocery store for the final time and purposefully left my handbag at home, leaving with my credit card, keys and phone only. All of which I was able to clean with a lysol wipe when I returned home. At this time, information on how long COVID-19 lives on surfaces and different materials is constantly changing.
