Make it your own
Not a fan of hazelnuts? Or maybe walnuts aren’t your thing? Have a peanut allergy? That’s quite alright! Only add in the nuts that you truly enjoy to make this Super Nut Butter unique and individual to you.
Store in a glass-tight container
Homemade nut butter is made to last! As long as you have an air-tight container to store it in, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 4-6 months.
Don’t be afraid of separation
If you start to see a bit of oil sitting at the top of your nut butter, don’t worry! This is completely normal. All you have to do is give it a good stir, being sure to scrape the bottom of the container, prior to use.

FAQ About How To Make Super Nut Butter:
Can I sweeten this up a bit?
Absolutely. If you like to use your nut butter as a sweet treat, feel free to add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup when using it.
What about salt?
You can add a bit of salt too! While we think the toasted nuts give a robust flavor on their own, everyone’s palate is different. Feel free to use a slightly heavier hand with that salt if that’s more up your alley.
Should I add oil?
If you find that when blending or processing the nuts aren’t creating as creamy of a texture you’d prefer, then you can slowly add 1 teaspoon of neutral oil like avocado oil or coconut oil. Be patient, when blending or processing the oils will come out and create a creamy texture!
