Typically sale season begins to wind down around this time of year. The holidays have long come and gone, and fresh finds for spring have begun to pop up online and hit stores. All of the great sale bags have already been snagged, and finding not only great sales, but great deals on bags we’d actually want to purchase can be tough! Not this February though.
